In the year 2007, Northern Lights Technology Development, a small company with big dreams, commenced its operations with a small but dedicated team of ten employees. Their first office was located in the bustling city of Tianjin, China. Over the years, they remained focused on their vision and started expanding their team to meet growing business needs.

Fast forward to 2011, responding to the growing demand for their services, they decided to tap into the potential of the Philippines, a country known for its skilled Business Process Outsourcing professionals. They opened a new office in Cebu City, Philippines, and increased their workforce by hiring 30 highly skilled professionals.

In 2014, the company further expanded its global footprint. They opened a new office in Chennai, India, a city known for its robust Information Technology industry. They started with a small team, but with a vision to grow it exponentially.

Today, Northern Lights Technology Development has evolved and grown beyond its humble beginnings. It has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the globally recognized Taylor Corporation. With over 800 dedicated employees spread across four countries, Northern Lights is a testament to the power of vision, dedication, and strategic growth.
